All home inspections are performed in accordance with the NYS Standards of Practice. That means that at a minimum, inspection is performed on visibly accessible components of the roof, attic, interior, exterior, basement, foundation, crawlspace, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, insulation, ventilation, doors, windows.
