Yuri, Principal Inspector at SAS Home Inspection, has over 10 years of inspection experience. His experience in various types of inspection leads to a focused, thorough approach to any task, especially home inspection. Yuri is detail oriented and has delivered thousands of inspection reports. After growing up around construction, he developed a passion for architecture and engineering. Over the last decade, Yuri has worked on both residential and commercial projects of all sizes. His expertise ranges from foundations to fine finishes. He has worked on both the construction and engineering side of the industry. For years, Yuri specialized in the structural and fire safety aspect of new and existing projects. Yuri has been extensively involved in education and certification from various industry leading organizations such as the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), International Code Council (ICC), International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), American Welding Society (AWS), International Firestop Council (IFC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), The Masonry Society (TMS), American Wood Counsel (AWC), National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). He is also a New York State Certified Code Enforcement Official (building inspector).
